Event Rates and Information

 

This "homey" and comfortable location completely decorated with 1950's vintage decor is available for special events. The home can be rented on a daily basis for weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, family reunions, business and organization meetings, club events, etc.

The kitchen is fully equipped with vintage large and small appliances dishes and flatware. Picnic tables and vintage 50's lawn chairs are also provided.

Food will be provided by the renter. A list of names and telephone numbers of local vendors and caterers can be provided upon request.

The home has WI-FI to accomodate business presentations or if guests care to share the event with faraway family or friends through their own webcam or photos.

The rates are based on the number of attendees and season/days/hours requested. The home and surrounding grounds can accomodate parties up to 100. Ample parking is available.

EVENT RATES/POLICIES

Small Event (up to 30 guests indoors - i.e. Baby Shower, Anniversary, Birthday, Meeting, etc.)  $100.00/day

Large Event (up to 100 guests - home and surrounding grounds - i.e. Wedding, Reunion, etc.)   $300.00/day

The home will be rented to only one group at a time. (30% discount for non-profits) One half the estimated total is due upon on reservation and the remainder is due on the day of the event. We accept cash and checks.   A two week notice of cancellation is required or the deposit will be forfeited.  There is an additional security deposit of $100.00 that will be returned after a home inspection.  

Renter provides food, event tents, etc. and is responsible for cleanup ($25.00 per hour cleaning charge applies if the home is left untidy.
