• Rates do not include 5.5% sales tax and are subject to change. Rates are for one or two persons per room. An additional $15 per persons, per night may be charged for additional guests in the room.  Two additional guests can be accomodated in room four. 
• A full Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 
• A deposit equal to one night's lodging or 50% of a longer stay is required at the time of reservation. A 48-hour advance notice of cancellation or alteration of your reserved dates is required for a refund of your deposit minus a $30.00 cancellation fee.  No-shows will be billed for their entire reserved visit.

Policies:

• Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. and Check-out 11:00.  Please make special arrangements with the host if you must arrive after 10:00 p.m.
• Well-mannered children over the age of 12 are welcome anytime. Younger children are permitted when the entire B&B is booked by their family group.
• No guest pets please. (We have an outdoor dog, cats, and farm animals.)
• Sorry, this house is not handicapped accessible.
• No smoking in the home.
• Wisconsin cheese, ‘50s era antiques, T-shirts, mugs, farm toys, etc. on sale (when available.)
